This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity Pop ("we", "us", "our", or "the App"), a mobile puzzle game developed by Volodymyr Varavva, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. Gravity Pop is available on Google Play and is rated Teen (13+).

By downloading, installing, or using Gravity Pop, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information may be shared only with the third-party SDK providers listed in Section 4, strictly for the purposes described in this policy (advertising, analytics, cloud saves, and purchase processing). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Gravity Pop is rated Teen (13+) and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at help.gravitypop@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Legal bases for processing: We process your data based on (a) your consent (e.g., ad personalization), (b) performance of a contract (e.g., providing the game and processing purchases), and (c) our legitimate interests (e.g., analytics to improve the App).

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act provide you with specific rights:

10.3 Brazil (LGPD)

If you are located in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados provides you with rights including: confirmation of processing, access to data, correction of inaccurate data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, data portability, information about shared data, withdrawal of consent, and the right to file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

If you are located in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act provides you with the right to access your personal information held by us and to request correction of inaccurate data. We collect and use your information only with your knowledge and consent.

10.5 South Africa (POPIA)

If you are located in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act provides you with rights including: access to your personal information, correction or deletion of data, objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

If you are located in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles provide you with the right to access and correct your personal information. We are committed to transparency about how we handle your data.

To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at help.gravitypop@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

To delete all game data at once: Use the Delete Account option in the App (Help → Info → Delete Account). This deletes local data, cloud saves, and server-side data in one step.
To delete local game data manually: Uninstall the App or clear its data via your device settings (Settings > Apps > Gravity Pop > Clear Data).
To delete cloud save data manually: Open the Google Play Games app, go to Settings, and delete your Gravity Pop game data.
To reset your Advertising ID: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where Google's servers are located. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those at your location.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including Google's compliance with applicable data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers).

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers and devices offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. As there is no widely accepted standard for how to interpret DNT signals for mobile applications, the App does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can manage ad personalization through your device settings as described in Section 5.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice within the App.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
