Delete Your Data
Gravity Pop · Last Updated July 1, 2026
This page explains how to delete your data from Gravity Pop, a mobile arcade game developed by Volodymyr Varavva and available on Google Play. Deletion is handled entirely inside the app — Gravity Pop has no separate account, login, or website sign-in, so there is nothing to delete outside the app.
How to delete your data
Data deletion is available only through the in-app option. Open the game and follow these steps:
- Open Gravity Pop on your device.
- Go to Help → Info → Delete Account.
- Tap DELETE EVERYTHING and confirm.
This action is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your data in one step: local data on your device, your Google Play Games cloud save, and the records stored on our servers.
What gets deleted
- Game progress: scores, high scores, levels, XP, and coin balance.
- Inventory and unlocked content: power-ups and ball packs.
- Settings and preferences.
- Gameplay statistics, mastery progress, and achievements.
- Google Play Games cloud save (the game's saved snapshot).
- Server-side records tied to your Google Play Games profile: daily-gift and weekly/challenge reward history, device-integrity status, and PvP duel data (your posted challenges, results, sessions, and uploaded duel avatar).
What is kept, and why
- Purchase validation records. If you made in-app purchases, we retain a non-personal record — a hashed purchase token, with no name, email, or payment details — to prevent fraud and duplicate refunds. It contains nothing that identifies you.
- Data held by Google's services. Usage and advertising data collected by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics is retained under Google's own retention periods (Analytics user-level data is typically kept for about 14 months) and is governed by Google, not by us. You can manage advertising data on your device under Settings > Google > Ads.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Because deletion runs inside the app, you can restore access to it at any time:
- Local data on your device is already removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data (Settings > Apps > Gravity Pop > Clear Data).
- Cloud save: open the Google Play Games app, go to Settings, and delete your Gravity Pop game data.
- Server records: reinstall Gravity Pop and use Help → Info → Delete Account to clear them in one step.
Timing
Deletion of your cloud save and server records happens immediately when you use the in-app option. Data held by Google's advertising and analytics services is deleted according to Google's retention schedules.
